In the event that you are unhappy with any of your purchase(s), you may exchange any unworn/unwashed item(s) with the original receipts and tags attached for up to 30 days after the purchase. This however excludes underwear, swim thongs, g-strings, sexual health aids and lubricants which are non-exchangeable due to hygiene purposes.

Kindly note that exchanged item(s) must be of equal or lesser value than the original merchandise, and that postage and handling fees are non-returnable.

Please allow 1-2 weeks for the exchange, which will be processed upon receiving the items.

In the event that an order comprises more than one (1) item, and SportsmenAsia.com LLP is unable to fulfill the order in whole due to stock unavailability or other reasons, SportsmenAsia.com LLP will process and ship out the remaining available item/s in the order, unless specifically instructed otherwise by the buyer under "Additional Instructions" before the payment confirmation; SportsmenAsia.com LLP reserves the right to refuse the cancellation and/or withdrawal and/or refund of the available item/s in the order as the purchase and sale of each and every item in the order is deemed to be an independent and valid transaction in and of itself. SportsmenAsia.com LLP will process the full refund of the unavailable item/s in the order within 14 working days.

Occasionally, a product is more popular than we anticipated and we temporarily run out of stock. When that happens, the delivery may take up to 6-8 weeks. The customer will be updated via emails or/and phone-calls on the status of his order immediately once we receive any update on the shipping status.
