FAQ

1) Who will be the photographer to conduct the shoot?

To ensure absolute client privacy and discretion, only our own in-house professional photographers will conduct the shoot and do the necessary photo-editing work.

Our in-house professional photography team has a combined industry experience of over 10 years and has conducted shoots for both professional and individual clients, including Mister International, Mr World Singapore, Manhunt Singapore pageant winners, contestants, models and celebrities.

2) Where will the photo shoot be conducted?

The photo session can be conducted either at our own in-house studio located inside the SportsmenAsia store #03-36, Chinatown Point or at any outdoors location of your choice e.g. your residence, the beach, hotel room.

3) For an outdoors shoot, are there any extra charges?

The rate for the photography service is the same except that the client has to bear the cost of transportation e.g. taxi fare, for our photographer to transport the necessary equipment to the location.

4) How many people will be present at the actual photo shoot?

Only our in-house professional photographer will be present at the photo shoot. The photography session will be totally private and discreet. Our photographer will take the time to understand your needs, preferences and style to ensure that the session will be an enjoyable and fruitful one. For absolute privacy and confidentiality, only the same photographer will manage and process your pictures from start to finish.

5) Will there be any extra charges for the outfits provided for the photo shoot?

Outfits will be provided by SportsmenAsia upon request at no extra charge, and could include swimwear, fashion wear and sportswear. The maximum number of outfits change depends on the package that you choose. You may also bring along your own underwear or other apparel for the shoot if you prefer.

6) What preparation do I need for the photo shoot?

In general, there is not much preparation required ahead of the session as our experienced photographer will give you step-by-step guidance and direction during the photography session itself. However, it would be advisable for you to have adequate rest and not have any heavy meals before the session for optimal results.

7) How will the photos be selected?

At the end of the photography session, the photographer would show you all the photos taken during the session for you to select which ones to be processed and included in the photo-CD. The exact number of photos to be processed and included in the photo-CD would depend on the package that you choose.

8) How soon will the photo-CD be ready?

The photo-CD will be ready in about 3-6 working days. Our in-house photographer will contact you personally once the photo-CD is ready for collection.

9) What happens if I lose my photo-CD, can I request for a copy or duplicate set?

Unfortunately, we strictly do not keep any copy of the client's photos once the job is completed and the photo-CD is handed over to the client. In other words, once your pictures have been processed and the photo-CD collected, all photos of the session will be deleted permanently. This is to ensure the absolute privacy and confidentiality of our clients.

We would therefore advise all our clients to make a copy of the photo-CD and keep it in a safe and secure place.
